HOW TO KNOW IF YOUR BODY IS DEHYDRATED
Dehydration occurs when the amount of water that the body is losing is more than what it is receiving.
You loose water when you perspire, breathe, and pass out waste matter from the body.
So it is important everyday to drink plenty of water to restore what the body loses naturally.
How can you tell your body is becoming dehydrated?
When your body does not have sufficient water to carry out its many functions, you will find yourself becoming thirsty.
You will begin to urinate less and your urine begins to take on a yellow color.
Your lips begin to feel dry.
If you do not pay heed to these symptoms, your mouth will begin to feel dry, sometimes you will have muscle cramps.
You can also begin to feel lightheaded as the dehydration worsens.

1 tbsp dry yeast
¼ cup warm water
¼ cup sugar
1 cup milk
¼ cup shortening
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp butter
1 egg white
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla essence
5 drops strawberry food colouring
Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix and let stand.
Warm the milk, combine the shortening, salt and sugar; add flour and egg. Knead to make a moderately stiff dough. Shape into a ball.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover; let rise to double in size for about 1 hour. Combine all the filling ingredients and set aside.
Punch down the dough and divide in half. Roll each half into an 12 inch x 8 inch rectangle, and brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle half of the filling mixture on each rectangle of dough. Roll up lengthwise and seal the edges.
Cover and let rise until double in size.
Brush the rolls with beaten egg white. Bake at 375°F for 20 - 30 minutes.
Cut into slices and serve.

Making Peanut Butter
2 cups unsalted, roasted shelled peanuts
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
Add sweetener (honey) or spices (cinnamon) to the finished peanut butter.
1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
2. Blend until desired texture is reached.
3.. Place in airtight container and refrigerate unused portion.
