HOW TO MAKE CRANBERRY BREAD



2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 orange

2 tablespoon margarine

2 cups halved cranberries

1/2 cup chopped nuts



In a bowl put flour, baking powder, sugar and salt
In a measuring cup combine the juice and grated rind of the orange, and melted margarine. Add water to the mixture to make 3/4 cup. Pour this mixture into dry ingredients, add cranberries and nuts. Mix well. Put into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350'F for 50 minutes.

HOW TO MAKE DREY EASY TURKEY WITH CRANBERRY SAUCE



1 15 - 20 pound turkey thawed and rinsed

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon flour

1 onion sliced

3 stalks celery sliced

Salt

1 Turkey size Reynolds oven cooking bag





Preheat oven to 350'F. Shake flour in bag, place in roasting pan. Place onion and celery in bag. Remove the neck and giblets and rub over inside with salt. Brush turkey with oil and place in bag.. Close bag with nylon tie, and make 6 half-inch slits in top . Insert meat thermometer through slit in bag . Bake until the thermometer registers 180"F or about 3 hours. Turkey roasts faster unstuffed
